Your satisfaction is very important to us.
EU consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason (Right of Withdrawal under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU). The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you receive your order. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us at support@luminarawear.com of your decision by an unequivocal statement. We will reimburse all payments received from you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
